HOW TO SUBMIT NEW BUSINESS
XRAE, the First Line of Defense!
XRAE allows you to instantaneously evaluate a client's medical conditions against the published guidance, published best case scenarios and, in some cases, unpublished underwriting rules of every carrier on the XRAE platform. It also gives you the ability to forward a client's information to one or more carriers for a quick tentative health rating based on the information you provide. The typical response time from the carriers is 24-48 hours. Be sure to check out the questionnaires.

INFORMAL INQUIRIES
For cases with an annual premium of $5,000 to $25,000 our Underwriter will review the proposed insured’s records and prepare a very detailed Underwriting summary that provides all the information needed to make a tentative offer. This summary is then sent to our carriers. You will receive an e-mail listing all tentative offers along with suggestions of which carrier might best fit your client's needs. The normal turn-around time, once all information is received, is 7 to 10 days.
Cases with an annual premium over $25,000 are treated with a Concierge level of service and some extra “TLC” Our Underwriter will review the medical records and determine which carriers will make the most competitive offers. The actual medical records are then sent to the carriers for the best offer.
